The rules for using PrintingPilot.

By using PrintingPilot you agree to these terms. Please read them before writing a review or managing a business listing.

Review guidelines

Write only about genuine, first hand experiences with the business.
No fake, incentivised or paid reviews. These are removed and may be reported.
No links, web addresses or email addresses inside reviews.
No offensive, defamatory or illegal content, and no personal data of others.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account. One review per business per user. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

Business listings

To manage a listing you must claim it and verify ownership through the business website. Owners may reply to reviews and update details, but may not remove or edit genuine customer reviews.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you write, and you grant PrintingPilot a licence to display it on the site. We moderate content before it appears.

Liability

Listings and reviews are provided as is. We do our best to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee it. Always confirm details with the business directly.
